Healthy spread

Today's Tip:  MAKE A HEALTHY SPREAD
For a low-fat, low-calorie, and relatively low-sodium spread, mix a
small amount of horseradish with mustard. It provides quite a kick, so
a little goes a long way! Consider using it as a condiment on
sandwiches in place of mayonnaise.
