Distractions

You ever notice when you get that really great revelation of what you should be doing or where you should be going and you know this is your direction without a shadow of doubt?  When that know that you know idea comes through to you crisp and clear, it seems like everything that could get rattled...is!  Today we are going to talk about distractions and list a few ways to get through the distractions while reaching that goal at the same time.

First thing is to know the distraction is there; we have to know and understand when things start to get shook up in a not so great way that it is most likely a distraction.  Having a spiritual foundation is important to discern when these distractions come.  Another way to successfully get through the distraction is knowing how to use the word of God.  Knowing a scripture by memory is one things; however knowing the power a scripture has and the authority you have to use it is another thing.  Get a closer relationship to the word of God and know and understand the power and authority you walk in and have the right to.  Study and show yourself approved and watch the amazing results that God provides for you... amen.

Healthy spread

Today's Tip:  MAKE A HEALTHY SPREAD
For a low-fat, low-calorie, and relatively low-sodium spread, mix a
small amount of horseradish with mustard. It provides quite a kick, so
a little goes a long way! Consider using it as a condiment on
sandwiches in place of mayonnaise.

Tip of the Day Kidney Stones

Today's Tip:

HOW TO PREVENT KIDNEY STONES
An estimated 10 percent of people in the United States will have a
kidney stone at some point in their lives. Doctors do not always know
what causes a stone to form, but step one in preventing kidney stones
is to drink plenty of fluids, preferably water. If you've already had
a stone, or have a family history of stones, consult with your
physician about the effects of various foods and supplements, or the
need to take medication.
